My complaint:
The individual who returns carts is not wearing a mask, simply wearing it around their neck as a acarf. Normally this is not a problem, but they also are refusing to wear the mask when returning to the store and even interacting with customers. I have asked both this individual and a store manager to deal with this a number of times over the past two weeks, neither of which have had any change.
Suggested solution:
Given the pandemic, I would assume it would be safer, for employees and customers, to have everyone wearing their mask, rather than refusing to wear one. Get him to wear it is all I ask.
