My complaint:
Bought a bottle of Clos du Bois 2021 Pinot Noir (retail $18.99). Got home and opened it and it was awful. It had totally turned and separated. Tasted like grape juice and vinegar. My wife and I have purchased this wine multiple times before and have always enjoyed it. I tried to return the wine to the store but they refused to accept it for return. It was practically a full bottle, they could tell we couldn’t drink it but I was told they don’t accept returns on wine, beer and cigarettes. I feel like any other store that sells wine would have accepted the return. If I were a Clos du Bois salesman I would be horrified that this is how their product is sold. It was absolutely un drinkable. I even let it breath for an hour and tried it again but still couldn’t stomache it.
