My complaint:
I had an issue at ur store a few months ago now. I have tired to resolve this matter on numerous occasions with different people from ur company. I was an assured that someone would call me back but as this message is going out I still haven’t received any type of response from giants. I even spoke with supervisor from corporate and still she never took my complaint seriously. If this isn’t given any care I guess with all my rejection from giants non feedback leaves me to retain a lawyer.Because I was disrespected in ur store.
