My complaint:

Ive been using this location 3-4 times per week for 3 yrs there’s constant issues w coupons,from all employees. Somehow me saving money I must be a criminal. I am followed watched consistently. Ive recorded In the past to show my fiancé because it feels unsafe . I’ve been accused of stealing, 1-.40 onion during a SCO transaction. Management was called they rerang my entire purchase to check. No apology I was late for school pickup . Employees say they can’t scan coupons at SCO or they’ll get in trouble.Regular register employees have to call managers to see if they’re allowed to scan my coupons . When management comes its still a problem of coupon type or quantity. Today I was told the store hasn’t accepted internet coupons in 2 yrs even tho I used them at this location yesterday. I asked to see the written policy . I had to get out of line to go to customer service the sign stated internet coupons ARE accepted up to $5 . No Free items. The manager then insisted it was Not true but she’d do me a “ favor “ accept them today . She then proceeded to discuss the situation w other cashiers while a store full of people are watching . Very embarrassing. There are cashiers who have told me they use coupons as well but they always stand by silently . I have 3 children 18,1710 who do not get to shop w me because of the embarrassment we keep experiencing. I don’t have that luxury. I have to feed my family I should be allowed to do so wo fear or anxiety. There are only 2 stores near me . This location 7501 Huntsman Blvd . I’ve had several meetings w managers there over problems w employees named Hercules ,Donna Rita refusing to take what they say r printed coupons even after being told repeatedly by their bosses it’s okay . Coupons aside registers make mistakes occasionally , prices are incorrect or promotions dont show up . Even then it’s almost impossible to resolve the issue . Im reviewing my receipt from today $20 in coupons were not scanned even tho they were given to the cashier. She commented on them all so I know.Also sale items rang up regular. I don’t know how to resolve the issue wo help .

Suggested solution:

Ammend my receipt wo it taking multiple people or 20-30 minutes. If someone could be clear about store coupon policies . There’s hundreds of sites to print coupons . It feels weird that employees for 3 yrs don’t even know they exist . There’s hundreds of sites to print from. I don’t think Im the only one using them . Attached is a pic of the store manager w the sign that says IPs are accepted.
