My complaint:
Yasso frozen yogurt bars labeled 2 for $9. I was charged $5.49 each, and told by desk personnel that it was for only certain flavors. The flavors were definitely not differentiated as such. No apology was offered. Basically I was told to return the items if I wasn’t happy.
Suggested solution:
By correct labeling, acknowledging their error and charging the labeled price. If not, they have lost a long-standing customer.
