My complaint:
First of all the Giant Did Not have any Congrat Balloons. Then I was told that I could bring in my own balloons and be charged a small fee for helium. Today, I returned to the same Giant Food Store only to be told after of my balloons were inflated, “that Giant no longer inflates outside balloons”. Then the manager told me me that the helium will cost me the regular pice of their Lg and small balloons. Since I was already running late for my special occasion, I just went ahead and paid the cost was over $15.00 without any product except for Helium. I’m asking you, helium cost this much now. Before my balloons were purchased someone should had informed me that I would pay for helium and I would not be getting any balloons.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money refunded and perhaps a sign put up stating the cost of helium and that you do not accept outside balloons.
