My complaint:
We ordered 8 piece chicken dinner for the family. Only received 1 breast, 1 thigh, 3 wings, and 3 legs. Should have received 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 wings. Called manager on phone to explain their mistake. He told me he would take care if it. I came in next day to get the 1 breast and 1 thigh he owed me. I brought receipt and picture of the incorrect order. He refused to make things right. I believe he handled the situation the wrong way. He could have given me the 1 breast and 1 thigh. case closed. But his poor management skills got in the way. Please retrain your managers or replace them.
