My complaint:
i ordered a sheet cake for my daughters 2nd birthday. i didn’t get a good look at it till i got back home the day of her party and noticed that there was specks of what appeared to be debris of some kind on the cake as well as a piece of icing which wasn’t even the color of the cake. the icing and decorations are horribly done and not even close to my satisfaction but i don’t have time to get it redone.
Suggested solution:
i would like my money back or a store credit because this wasn’t even close to sell worthy.
