My complaint:
I was really surprised this evening while shopping in Giant that a teenage boy shopping with his mother did not have on a mask. The sign at the entrance of the store reads, mask required. I am curious if it Giant’s policy to enforce the policy?
Suggested solution:
Take COVID-19 serious and enforce the guidelines. If mask are not a requirement, remove the sign.
