My complaint:
I used my Bucknell card twice. I was charged TWICE THE AMOUNT of things I bought. The staff say it’s only one time but my GET App showed two transactions of the se amount in the first time o wemt to giant. In the second time, it showed one transaction but my balance says alot more has been deducted.
