My complaint:

I purchased a container of sliced mangoes from the produce department and after about a few days of eating mangoes my daughter noticed there was a round cotton pad at the bottom of the container. Initially she thought it was the sticker on the bottom of the container but as she went to pour the remaining mangoes out into a bowl the pad came out of the container. At that moment she put everything back in the container and let me know that I needed to make a complaint to wherever I purchased the mango from. She said she noticed they were going bad quickly and that’s probably why.

Suggested solution:

Reimbursement for the product as well as financial compensation pertaining to my produce purchases as now I will have to go elsewhere and pay more money since their produce is not being handled with care. Myself and family will no longer purchase produce from the giant as it is evident that it is not being handled with care as to provide the best product for their customers. With the pandemic still in the rise it is disgusting that now I would also have to manage the professionals that are responsible for whatever fresh produce I purchase.
