My complaint:
I am not one to complain unless it is warranted so I am informing you so that you can correct it. I have always enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the Norland Ave Giant. I enjoy the helpful personalities of the employees but on the last two occasions I was extremely put off by what I believe may be a new manager. He is male and he berates the employees in front of customers. He took one employee outside the front of the store and yelled, and I mean yelled at him. He did the same to another employee in the store. The workers are not impressed by him at all. It is quite obvious. I don’t know if you think he’s making it a better place, but I am so upset that I don’t want to shop there anymore… DO something about him!
Suggested solution:
Servant leadership training. He is a not a leader, he's a dictator...
