My complaint:
I just bought a google play card TONIGHT, 1202021, for my son’s birthday for $200 and when we went to redeem it ONLY ABOUT 45 MINUTES LATER, on his account, it showed it was already redeemed. I immediately took it back to your Warminster, PA location and both Dan Paul told me they couldn’t do anything about it that I had to contact Google in which I did and per Googles ONLY means of communication, live chat, that I recorded, instructed me to request the refund or replacement from the retailer, GIANT, that I bought it from!
Suggested solution:
They should of immediately, at the very least, gave me a new $200 card. I would of checked it right then and there after it was activated, then redeemed it at that same time. I told them I have the screenshot of the card numbers entered in my google play to redeem, showing it was already redeemed by another google account.
