My complaint:
I went to said store on Sunday Jan 17th at approximately 12-12:30pm to get some items. Sheila was the only clerk behind the counter and asked “How may I help you?” I at first only ordered 2 items then decided I wanted 2 more to which she responded “Are you sure that’s all you want since I’m supposed to be off now?” I said it was and as she was finishing my order I outdoor hear her mumbling about the fact that she should’ve been off already. Mind you there wasn’t any other clerk behind the counter besides her from start to finish.
I’m a frequent shopper at Giants but will NEVER go to that location again.
Suggested solution:
That’s a good question because I’m quite sure if she is asked she will deny it.
