My complaint:
It took me approximately 45 minutes at pump 7 to pump 25 gallons of gas at this location. The gentleman at pump 8 was experiencing the same problem. This is not a recent development as I have experienced this before. So why did If choose this pump, I was expecting that the issue would have been resolved by this time..
On a positive note I struck up a conversation with the gentleman on the other side of the pump and found out how much we had in common.
Suggested solution:
I'm sure there is a recommend delivery flow rate for these pumps. Since I've not experienced this with any of the other pumps at this location, my guess is this pump needs to be either recalibrated or replaced.
I'm sending this on behalf or the many people who probably experienced the same problem but never brought it to your attention .
