My complaint:

This Morning around 6:00 am something, I was getting some Fresh Produce and could not locate the Bags. So, I seen a Produce Clerk and approached him about a few feet away from him. His back to me and I approached him a few feet away to Excused me to get his attention, he acted like he didn’t want to hear me, because I had to say it Three times and I had to elevate me voice some to get his attention. He finally decided to acknowledge with a Nasty Attitude. He said Can I Help you several times and talking over me, so, I said stopped talking to me like that, he continued and so, I said where are the bags for the Produced. He told me where to find the bags. I told him I was going to report him to Management. I continued shopping for a little while and went to asked for either a Supervisor or Manager. I spoke to someone behind the Customer Service Desk, she said she would speak to him. I also asked for the Manager name number, just in case it she would not follow through. I also had spoken to the Manager of the store and not sure he is really going to speak to this employee.

Suggested solution:

What I think needs to happened, he does not maybe a Refresher Course on how to treat the customers and maybe even be Reprimanded for his behavior towards me, making feel uncomfortable and upset. In addition, no one else needs to be treated like this.
