On 25 November 2020, a Front End Coach, Deval, approached me outside the main entrance with others around, placing me in embarrassment, making me feel devalued, and asking me to leave the area while speaking to a valued and impressive employee, Rus Izerkin. He then accused me, a long time local Customer, of preventing the Employee from successfully completing his assigned tasks. As a Client Relationship Manager working for a local Bank, I observed Rus as focused and diligent in his assigned duties and was shocked how both the Employee and I were mistreated. Deval’s behavior and instruction were inappropriate. Deval’s comments and reprimand towards us was better voiced in private not in front of Customers.
Help the Coach to learn the proper protocol in situations as this. To coach me, was inappropriate and embarrassing especially with others involved. To coach and delegate wrongly this Employee in front of others was also inappropriate.
