My complaint:
I am a chronic pain patient and my doctor gave me a prescription for my chronic pain and Pharmacist Kataye refused to fill it; he also refuse to accept the prescribing doctor’s directions.
This is totally unacceptable. I understand the stance on controlled substances but medical facilities have to accept that their are actually people really suffering.
He was totally dismissive of my situation and he really cause me a great deal of distress on that particular day.
Suggested solution:
Pharmacist should at least accept the attending physician's guidance.
