My complaint:
Today there was a twelve person waiting line to use self check-out. And they have sixseven machines. Absolutely ridiculous, especially for us consumers who use the scan-it device for a quick check out.
Suggested solution:
Limit the amount of products able to be scanned to 20-25 total. People should not be bringing up baskets full of food to individually scan and bag.
