My complaint:

Dec 2 had a giant pickup order. Started with 296points but had 666 to be added- BUT by Dec 4 it was 508 its still 508!! Called Monday – never talked to anyone -just kept being put on hold! Called back Tues – was on the line for 2 hours- talked to 8 people including 2 people twice and a supervisor- all I got was being transferred between the 2 numbers. Most of the time on HOLD again it was very frustrating that the points are NOT added on within 24-48 hrs. I should have 1) double gas points for my order 206 2) $360 points for a $120 order my original order was for $150 but as usual- the store only had about 23 of what I ordered!! even tough it was the 1st day of the new ad!! 3) had 50 pts for Giant baking morsels and 50 pts $5 of lettucetomatoes Items 2 3 came by weekly email to me for specific items I buy!

My current experience with Giant stores does not one star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
