Giant Food Stores complaint: Deli clerk sliced deli items withouth removing plastic wrapping

My complaint:

I visited the Giant grocer store located at 41 W Lee Hwy, Warrenton, VA 20186. During my visit I requested from the Deli clerk a 12 lb of Boars Head Hard Salami (sliced) and 12 lb of SB Domestic Swiss (sliced). When I returned home, I found that the deli clerk had sliced both items without removing the plastic wrapping from the salami and the cheese before beginning the slicing process. This created a situation where there was not only plastic around each slice of salami and cheese, but plastic was also on the main part of each slice of salami and cheese.

I have been shopping at this Giant for years; however, I have never experienced this situation before. However, I did notice that the Deli clerk appeared to be rather new to the deli section or was not familiar with the deli section, as he had to seek out help from other employees on where the item was located and how to use the slicer.

Suggested solution:

Not really sure, as I have never seen any deli department slice food items without removing the plastic wrapping. Possible more training on process of slicing deli meats and cheeses, so this does not occur with other customers.
