My complaint:
I make my weekly grocery purchase at this store due to its close proximity to my home. I normally buy luncheon meats and cheese. There is one person that works the Deli counter that habitually argues with me on how I want my meat cut. On 09/04/23 this behavior escalated to intensionally crushing the product while applying the weight/price label after I asked him to please not do that. It makes it very difficult to separate it upon use. He sets a poor example for the new people he trains and is not a good representative of the Giant Stores. I’ve been shopping at this store for 30 years. The person’s name is Russell. I am contemplating taking my business elsewhere.
Suggested solution:
This person needs to be reprimanded for his behavior and educated on proper etiquette when dealing with the public.
