My complaint:
Cashier rang up grocery , I had let her know I had card on file I manually put my phone in she says didn’t work. Offer no help to correct the problem, I paid and left. Not to hold up your line.
With these cards I only ever needed phone for easy access to discounts in any store that offer them. I deem this poor costumer service.
I was over charged
Suggested solution:
Simple. Honor the card credit the difference
Have discussion with your cashiers
I send you copy of receipt
Tasks cake were buy 1 get 1 was charged 4.69 each
Coke 11.99 was charged 13.99
