My complaint:
I have always shopped at this giant because it is closest to my home and they always carry the best products, unfortunately for the past 4 months or so I can barely go into this store anymore, when I do, a certain manager I believe named Anita constantly harassed me when o am grocery shopping I get followed diwn each isle, when I check out she stand directly in front of me saying smart remarks and making her close friend/employee take the scanner from me and decides to scan my cart! I am fully capable of doing this myself, these woman have no right to belittle people the way that they do, I have never given any reason for these people to repeatedly treat me this way, it is rude, embarrassing, and WRONG!! Something needs to be done about this immediately! I literally watched other people at the self checkouts next to me skipping as much as they could because this woman targets me !
Suggested solution:
This woman needs to understand that as a manager, you do not disrespect and embarrass your customers like this, I think she takes complete advantage of her position and she can say or do whatever she wants to people, even as my mother and I were walking out of the store, she followed us outside saying her rude remarks, this is harassment, I can’t shop at this store anymore due to this issue and it’s such an inconvenience and this needs to be resolved.
