My complaint:
I want to know what time the deli in warrenton va closes. All I know if I don’t get there before 7 they say they are closed. Completely ridiculous. I work till 630pm everyday. I have no way getting there sooner. I just want to know what actual time they are supposed to close. Also the deli workers with exception of Daryl do not have any customers service skills and often act like customers are inconvenient for them. I know people wanna go home but making customers feel bad for ordering is just wrong. After I the deli hours I will then decide if I need to choose a different store to shop at that deli is open till at least 8.
Suggested solution:
I want to know what time deli is supposed to close. Seems like there is no management in evenings. I’ve asked for manager and never there past 5. I work all day till 630. I can’t believe deli closes at 630-7. That’s ridiculous and inconvenient.
