My complaint:
I’ve been dealing with a dysfunctional bonus point system for the last month – disappearing previously loaded point failure for redeemed point to appear at check-out. The customer service people both in the store at the 888 number seem contemptuously unconcerned unwilling to correct the problem. The obviously dumb comments I received on my last two inquiries give the impression that they deliberately want to frustrate me as punishment for complaining. So I’ll be patronizing Acme Shop-Rite in the future.

They are unwilling to resolve the problem.
