My complaint:
Been shopping there with on issues for 20 years with no issues. But today when I tried to get $40 cash back on my Discover. It required a non existant PIN number. Store said to call Discover . I did and they said they do not require a PIN fo such activity
Also Three different credit cards and one debit card had a horrible time being read by the reader at isle 11
Again Discover said that was NOT their requiremment
Suggested solution:
They sould fix their readers and also find why it wants something the company does not.
Overall I am very happy with Giant but this was a bad experience
