My complaint:
I shop Giant Foods store 6006 only. What my complaint is the last two occasions I shopped at 2 of your other stores (6539 and 6304) I found that the last 2 stores have products that are not available at store 6006. And I’m offended. Store 6006 has predominantly African American and Latino shoppers. It makes me wonder if the company thinks we African Americans and Latinos don’t consume them. I should not have to travel so far out of my area to get these items! Many people (young and old) use public transportation. It takes 2 busses to get to the other store as well as 2 back. For the elderly, this is so inconvenient. Black communities suffer in many ways, but to deny us of foods that are offered in the white communities is so so unfair. Do you think we don’t eat the same foods as whites?! Rethink that theory. I enjoy shopping Giant store 6006. The employees are quite friendly and helpful. This is quite frustrating for me and others. I’ve discussed this with many shoppers. This issue should be addressed immediately.
Suggested solution:
The powers that be know which foods are delivered to which stores. Begin delivering to our( yes I say our because if it were not for us store 6006 would have to shut down. And that would be a travesty to our community.
