My complaint:
Hello I’m making a complaint about not customer service nor about quality of produce. Not even about how clean the store is, my complaint is about the changing of your store hours. Parkville Giant use to be 24hrs, that helps me out a lot being that I’m a single mother with two jobs. It helps when I have last minute shopping to do and also helps out my patients when I have to do there grocery shopping and because of this pandemic that we are in I especially like that I can go late night when the store is not crowded at all. The night time staff is always nice and courteous, it’s like family there.
Suggested solution:
Please open this store back up to 24hrs, it’s always be there when I needed them the most.
