My complaint:
The driver of a Giant Foods delivery truck, rudely blocked the street for 30 minutes that prevented cars from passing. When confronted to park the vehicle in the available parking spots on the side, he chose to use vulgar language towards all who asked him to pull to the side. After 30 minutes he moves up slightly to then block the street once more and to further curse others who now had to experience a rude employee of Giant Food. This took place on Thursday, July 15th, 2021 between 4:45pm and 5:15pm.
The vehicle number is 8505 with license plate number 3EL1895.
Suggested solution:
This employee of Giant Food needs to be retrained or let go of his possession as this is a direct representation of Giant Foods, and as a customer who uses Giant Foods delivery service, I was appalled at what I witnessed today. Hopefully Giant Foods rectify this to prevent any future altercations that could have easily escalated to something more serious that would have brought negative attention to Giant Foods via national broadcast.
