My complaint:

They put my account on hold after I made a payment. Then proceeded to bill me for 3 months without collecting trash. Now they want me to pay for the 3 months that they wouldn’t pick up trash, and that’s completely normal according to them.

Suggested solution:

I would've been happy with credit for the 3 months of service, but I cancelled service so a refund would be nice
