My complaint:
This is not the first the second the third or the fourth time that this has happened but I am having issues with my trash being picked up on the pickup day which is on Fridays. I have complained several times. I`ve reached to several different managers no one ever seems to give me a call back and it’s not just my address it is my whole road that is not getting picked up on Fridays and here it is Tuesday at 2:17 p.m. on March the 7th and my trash is still not picked up from Friday. I have reached out to corporate office and hoping somebody will return my call because no one ever does. I will be looking into transferring my trash company to somebody else because this is a reoccurring issue thats being resolved and not only that my bill has went up since I have had service with y’all and since my bill went up and my service sucks. My trash is overflowing and they will not pick up bags that are sitting on the outside of my trash can but it is not our fault why the company drivers cannot pick up their routes on the correct days when there’s no holidays in sight. Suggested solution:
They need to talk with their drivers to make sure that they understand that if there's not a holiday or anything that they need to pick up our trash on the correct days if we're paying the money that we pay every 3 months our trash should be picked up. I'm tired of my trash sitting at the curb for 6 days and being touched. Not only that but I only have 1 trash can. Family of 4. And they won't pick up bags sitting beside the trash can so what are we suppose to do?? Something NEEDS TO BE DONE OR YALL ARE GONNA LOOSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS.
