My complaint:
My trash was picked up in early December for missing a $30 payment. I made the payment and was told that I would receive my trash can back. It is now March 6, 2023 still no trash can. I am paying someone to pickup my trash due to GFL Environmental stating they will deliver me a trash can. But they expect me to pay my trash bill. Not going to happen. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I wish Waste Management industry was still available.
