My complaint:
I bought a 2015 1500 Silverado new off the lot. About a year or two after the purchase I decided to get Zebart underbody rust protectant and followed that for a couple of years. Now after just 7 years my chassis is almost completely rust. I took it to a body shop for an inspection and they stated that it looks like the coating was poor from the factory. They said the only real way to solve the problem is to replace the frame.
I have meticulously cared for this vehicle over the past seven years and for this chassis to be like this is absolutely unbelievable and everyone that sees it is shocked.
Suggested solution:
I would like to see the repairs warrantied.
