My complaint:

On June 6, 2021 my check engine light came on my 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. I called Joseph Chevrolet service department. The person who answered the phone was not polite. He told me I had to wait on Monday June 6, 2002 to bring my car to be serviced. I was not happy. My car is a little over 3 months with less than 2000 miles. I ask if they could provide a loaner. He said none was available. I called back and spoke to the manager Dave. Dave told me to bring it up today and I did.
They give me a loaner not comparable to my car but a 2018 dirty impala. This how they treat a customer. I had to ask Dave could I get it cleaned.
I have financed over $47,000 on a SUV and engine light comes on That is only a little over 3 months and this is how i am being treated.

Suggested solution:

If they can not fix it. Give me another car. Also if it is taking longer to fix my car give me a loaner comparable to my 2022 Equinox
