My complaint:
2016 GMC Canyon. The key will not disengage from the ignition. The shifter has been replaced twice already, but the problem has become very pronounced in the last couple of days.
Suggested solution:
Get to the root of the problem and resolve it, or finally admit there is a problem and issue and call for a recall. I am not the only individual.
