My complaint:

After being a loyalty customer since 2018 I’m being met with rudeness and being disregarded because of a system or employee error in which they refuse to take responsibility for . Since the beginning I’ve signed up with auto pay and textapp notification to assure that my financial obligation were met .

Now with all of it in place , somehow it failed leaving me being penalized at the company and state level for non payment resulting in cancel insurance,fees,and rate increases . This is not right . Hopefully this review will fall on someone’s desk that could assist with a resolution to this matter , thank you.

Suggested solution:

They need to reinstate my policy at the same renewal amount and send a letter of correction to the state of Louisiana.clearing my record .
