GEICO Insurance complaint: Bad Faith

My complaint:

A USAA insured, was ‘rear-ended’ by a GEICO insured, claim 8717995830000001. GEICO admits the full liability of its insured. When the body shop (sterling reputation, in business more than 40 years) was repairing Ms. *** car, the adjuster ***, refused to reimburse the cost of paint mixing. No reasonable basis. Just a denial. I have called him 5 times. I have emailed him 3 times. He refuses to respond. Definition of bad faith. In more than 40 years practicing law in Georgia, and in the body shop’s more than 40 year experience, we have never encountered such rude, unprofessional, arbitrary and wholly unprecedented behavior.

Suggested solution:

Demand that your representative reimburse the body shop for paint mixingblending cost, and demand more professional conduct from Mr. *** and all such GEICO representatives. He\'s a disgrace.
