My complaint:
Withdrawed October automatic payment scheduled for the 3rd of October. The withdraw of 39.10 was sent through my bank which also caused an over draft of 36.00
Suggested solution:
Refund of 39.10 and withdrawl bank fee of 36.00 total of 75.10 refund
