Geek Squad complaint: Unacceptable

My complaint:

Geek Squad service has gone down hill dramatically. Right now I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes to get remote assistance for a computer issue. This is totally unacceptable. I have been a member of their tech plan for many years. Never before have I had to experience such long wait times. I keep getting a message that they are experiencing high volume. Now I am a member of the Total Tech plan. I pay for this plan to get help but instead I am forced to wait sometimes hours to get assistance. Best Buy raised the price for this plan and I am getting much worse service! I agree that a refund is in order. I pay for service and expect to get service.

Suggested solution:

They doubled the cost of the plan so either hire more people or don't allow so many to sign up for the plan. I would expect a partial refund. My time is as important as their time.
