Geek Squad complaint: Customer ID : 239028916 Invoice Number : GSKBBW360AXV129

My complaint:

I am never a member of Geek Squad Best Buy Services and never have had requested a renewal of membership.
Today I have received a bill for payment within 24 h for $389.99.
The Geek Squad phone to reply to them is 1 [870] 527-4579 at Brinkley , AR .
I have called them this morning at 10.34 AM to disregard immediately that kind of scam . But they did not pick up the phone. But they have called me back at 10.36AM from the phone 1 [445] 203-7590 in Flourtown , PA .
I told them they have to cancel right away the scam and do not charge the amount of $389.99 . Failing to do so, I have no other solution to report to the FBI within 24 H.
Please investigate your team asap and resolve the issue before I will take other legal step to secure my financial account against the scammers .
