My complaint:
I bought 2 phones with 2 protection plans. went to make a claim only to be told I still have to pay $200 service fees. Ok, then I want to cancel my phone that is ok and keep the plan on the phone that is having camera issues. they did that. then I filed a claim to get the camera looked at on my iphone. paid $224, sent my phone in, received ation they received my phone only then to be told the phone i sent in does not have a protective plan. Asked them to review my calls. no reply and no call back. I Called 4 more times. NO one can help me or return my calls.
Suggested solution:
fix and return my phone. or return my phone and my $224.
