My complaint:

I brought my laptop in on August 12 to get the battery fixed. In store they told me that I would be 2 weeks for it to be fixed and sent back to my house. It is now August 13th and I still don’t have my laptop. I was very understanding but now I’m getting frustrated because everyone I talk to over the phone is telling me dates that I will have it back and it is yet to be back at my house on any of those dates. I am a university student who needs a laptop for online school. plus a laptop that I have spent a lot of money on i have no clue where it is or if I’m getting it back??? This is making me think that i have made the wrong decision of brining it here and i should have just went to apple about it… at least they would be truthful on when I am getting it back. I would LOVE to know when I am getting it back and where it actually is. And you SHOULD have a system that notifies where it is and that you would actually have it returned to you in the given time. You need to to better.

Suggested solution:

Let people know where their things are and that it will take longer to get it back???
