My complaint:
Contacted Geek Squad to have a tuneup and to see if some sound distortion could be fixed. Instead Agent Brahmanand wiped out all sound off my Dell All-in-One desk top computer. He uninstalled or deleted the sound driver(s) and then bragged before he hung up that he had updated my computer and that I shouldn’t have any more problems. I noticed after he hung up that I had zero sound anywhere. Called Geek Squad back and Agent Dianee E spent 7-12 hours trying to fix what Brahmanand did to no avail. I’m so upset with Geek Squad. I pay monthly for the 247 service and shouldn’t have to put out one penney to have this situation rectified!!!
Suggested solution:
Have someone come into my home to fix this AT NO CHARGE since Geek Squad is who messed it up. If they can't restore sound to my computer, I want a new computer. Everything was fine until Agent Brahmanand screwed it up!
