My complaint:
I took my computer in to have Windows 10 removed and re-installed. All of my Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) were wiped out and not re-installed. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone and it appeared that the technicians were reluctant to put it back because they didn’t seem to believe that I had it in the first place.
Am I going to have these put back or do I need legal recourse?
Suggested solution:
Just put Microsoft Office back on my computer
