My complaint:
Brought my AIO computer to BB on 11823 to have new ram installed, said they could do it in about 30 minutes if I wanted to wait. I check back and they said it was ready, paid my service fee and took it home. They said they found two tiny cracks in left top corner which I was unable to see. Plugged in at home and the screen is a total loss. I called them then but could only leave a message, which I did. Have not heard anything from them.
Suggested solution:
replace my screen!
