My complaint:

On Jan 2nd, I contacted Geek Squad because my printer would not respond to my computer. I was on the chat line with 2 different agents for over 3 hours. When the line kept connecting and disconnecting with no progress, I called and spoke with another agent on the phone for nearly an hour. Ultimately we were disconnected and no one bothered to call back.
Later that day I got an email with a summary of the Geek Squad activity. The agent claimed that he fixed my printer issue and even printed a test page. TOTALLY FALSE. I responded to the email, but no one called or anything.
My computer was loaded up with apps and such that seem to have no bearing on the problem. My printer still isn’t even installed on my computer.
Now I need someone to come to my home to fix this problem because it seems to be a three-fold issue between the printer, router, and computer.
Despite the fact that I paid $199. for Total Tech Support, the information shows that I will have to pay an additional $49.95 for someone to come to my house.
I would like someone COMPETENT to come to my house and resolve this issue WITHOUT CHARGE.
I have attached a screenshot of the email received where the agent claims to have fixed the problem.

Suggested solution:

When a COMPETENT agent comes to my house within the next week, completely resolves the problem, and WITHOUT CHARGE.
