My complaint:

On Monday 1232023 I contacted the geek squad about adjusting the height of my wall mounted TV and connecting my robot vacuum clearer to my phone. I am a member to total tech and I was told by three different people that there would be no cost for this service. The fourth person I spoke with stated that there would be a three hundred dollar charge . She then came back and stated that there would be no charge for the vacuum cleaner and $120.00 charge for the TV. I agreed and was put on hold and when she returned the charge was again three hundred dollars. I look forward to a response from the geek squad very soon.
