My complaint:

After many nightmares with them day before, and today, I called to if my phone was ready, they said yes …I get to the store and they tell me I have to wait 1.5 hours because they did not work on my phone. They make promises, they do not answer the phone at the store, this has been a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with Geek and their people…just a pain not being able to get an honest answer…

Suggested solution:

Fix my phone, answer the phone, tell the truth, do not give appointments if the tech is off on that day…keep the customer informed do not lie
