My complaint:
I got some sort of bug on my Macintosh computer that kept popping up scam notifications about various computer issues that would take me to a site where they would try to get me to buy their fix. The notifications were popping up frequently. I had chat sessions with Geek Squad agents three separate times where they supposedly fixed the problem. The second agent guaranteed it was fixed, yet after we disconnected, the notifications continued. The third agent promised I would not experience it anymore, yet after we disconnected, the notifications continued. The fourth time I started a chat I decided I wanted to revert my whole system back to a time before the issue began, but the incompetent technicians did not know how to do that. Finally, today, I called Apple, and for no charge, they walked me through a system rostral that has fixed the issue. Geek Squad was incompetent on this issue.
Suggested solution:
They should apologize and get their techs some training. To add insult to injury, when I requested an address to which to send a complain today, they couldn't even find one, just wanted to put me back with a specialist at Geek Squad.
